Exceeded expectations.
I researched TVs for months before choosing this Samsung, and I couldn't be happier! The picture quality is stunning - watching Planet Earth documentaries feels like looking through a window. The smart features are intuitive and responsive, and I love how sleek it looks in our living room. Even my husband, who thought I was spending too much, admits it was worth every penny. The quantum dot technology really does make a noticeable difference compared to regular LED TVs. Highly recommend if you're on the fence!
Very good but a few issues.
I've been using this Samsung QLED for about 2 months now. The picture quality is excellent, especially for 4K content and gaming. Colors are vibrant without being oversaturated. The built-in speakers are decent for casual viewing but not impressive. My main issues are with the occasional software glitches - sometimes apps take too long to load or the TV takes a while to turn on. Also, I wish the remote had backlighting for nighttime use. Overall though, it's been a good purchase.
Great for elderly users!
Bought this for my 80-year-old mother who was intimidated by smart TVs. She picked it up quickly! The voice control is perfect for her arthritis - no need to navigate complicated menus. Picture is crystal clear even with her not-so-great eyesight, and the sound is loud enough without a separate system. The setup guide was easy to follow, and I was able to customize the home screen to just show the apps she actually uses. Perfect choice for seniors!

This TV is AMAZING for gaming! The low input lag makes a huge difference in competitive games, and the Game Motion Plus keeps everything looking smooth without adding delay. HDR games look absolutely stunning - the colors just pop off the screen. I was worried about getting a TV instead of a monitor for gaming, but this Samsung has completely changed my mind. The PlayStation 5 auto-detection works perfectly too. If you're a gamer, don't hesitate!
