NoiseShield Headphones

I got these around 3 weeks ago and they are really nice! I usually don't like headphones because they hurt my ears but these are super comfortable and have great sound quality aswell as great noise canceling and aware settings!  I also love that there is a wire and Bluetooth option! The only thing that is giving me a little issue is that once in awhile it will be glitchy or staticy or go silent so I'll just have to re turn on the headphones but aswell as while on a call the person on the other end isnt able to hear me at all while im connected to the headphones so that is very annoying other than that there battery life is also fantastic!

I bought these headphones a few weeks ago and I've used them on a couple flights. They have excellent nose cancelling and great sound! When using wired connection to the plane the volume needs to be turned up. I almost thought they didn't work but just needed to turn the volume up using the buttons. I do wish they came with the airplane adapter but that's ok. For phone calls and meetings they work well if the environment is reasonably free if other voices(in a remote meeting where people are across the from you talking their voices are picked up) Overall I love the color and the headphones. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

After comparing the Bose QC headphones against the beat studio pros i decided on the Bose because of sound quality and overall quality of plastic used and hinges used seemed to be better however after recieving them ive noticed that both the quiet and aware settings seem to pop and have static when around any outside noise like lawn mowers wind blowing when riding a bike Ive read that they are like that on airplanes as well etc. They are only good if in a mostly quiet setting. Ive hear this was bad with the beats studio pros as well but my son has them and can mow the yard no problem. So is the reason for 4 stars. Possibly 3 stars.

Client service is terrible!  I had to send back my brand new quite comfort due to the fact that mix didn’t work.  I was told that nice Bose received my damaged product that it would take 8 business days to receive a replacement.  I waited over 1 month to receive the replacement I tried speaking to a manager and once I was on the phone with him and tried to explained that I needed my headsets for work he would put me on hold while I would speak when I asked if he was listening there was a delay for him to respond and he couldn’t repeat what I had just told him.  I had to involve my employer to get the replacement over 1 month later
