New and improved.
I previously had the S24 Ultra and it was a 10/10 phone. I never had an issue with it and loved the battery life camera quality and performance. I upgraded to the 25 ultra because as always Samsung has an excellent trade-in value.When I finally got my hands on the device I was stunned. The in-hand feel was so much better than I expected. The rounded corners and the almost feather-like weight make for such a QOL upgrade. This phone has been my every day since its release and it is incredible. The now brief feature is also excellent; it compiles all my daily tasks and information I need to start the day. I wouldn't go back to a phone without it.

Samsung is my go to
I love my new Ultra 25. I loved my note and didn't want to replace it. Well fast forward. I love the Ultra 25. I have plenty of memory for my photos and the camera is amazing. The size is similar light weight. My favorite so far.

When I buy a touch screen sometimes is not work
I didn't get the 50-dollar discount Samsung shop app is trouble I ordered many times and canceled and ordered again problem same earbuds price showing 19 dollars something and they charged me 79 dollars cents when I bought a new phone 25ultra touch screen sometimes did not work and a few apps not work properly I contacted the assistant but the assistant could not help me with that issue and disconnected when need help with a conversation I tried again the next assistant did the same they are not helping me when need help a help every one poor experience this time helper don't care the customer service

Mid design great features.
The updated UI works seamlessly and all the features are fantastic. I upgraded from an S23 Ultra.Pros:- high resolution camera near nat geo quality images and videos.- UI and screen refresh make input response time near instant creating seamless actions across apps- very lightweight build when comparing to previous S2x Ultras.- great sound Dolby atmos is much inproved on surround sound.Cons: - can no longer use as an emergency weapon due to weight.- Camera has zoom and focus issues quality is noticeably different from regular mode and pro without adjustments.- AI features are constantly pushed to the point they're obstructive.- boring design.

Awful Pictures
My Note 9 (from 2018) took much better pictures than the Phone with a 12mp camera. It's extremely difficult to get the focus point I want. Pictures are usually blurry with one tiny point of focus often not focusing on what I tried to get it to focus on. Tapping the point to focus on often does nothing. RAW photos look super grainy most pictures get over processed and look almost like oil paintings (even with scene optimimizer off). Terrible terrible photos. Now Brief has zero relevant information and cannot be customized. Can't believe I paid $1400 for this phone wish I had my Note9 back.

Phone is the best phone to date
My last 3 phones have been S Series. Have loved every one Note 9 S21 Ultra and now the Phone! The Phone is the cream of the crop! I loved LOVED the camera on the S21 Ultra and have been reluctant to upgrade because of it. The Phone camera and video are the bomb!!!! Love having the added audio eraser with the ability to isolate certain sounds to eliminate! There's so much more I've yet to explore with this phone but already so impressed with the seamless antics across appa responsiveness and smoothness along with the added AI features and the super easy setup! Oh and bringing back the stylus!!!So happy I made the leap! Way to go Samsung!
