Volumizing Lash Mascara

This mascara gave me really great results on my lashes. It is super dark and added a lot of volume and length. However, the formula is extremely wet and for some reason, no matter how hard I tried it would always end up all over my eyelids after application. I've never had this issue with other mascaras. I think it is because of how wet it is and how a bit too much ends up on the brush. After a month or so of use, the mascara dried up a bit and my lashes still looked good, but it was still a little messy. I get comparable results from Benefit's they're real mascara which doesn't end up everywhere, so from now on I'll stick with that one instead.

The description of this mascara is truly spot-on accurate. I have searched wide and far for the perfect bristle and mascara formula that doesn't weigh down my naturally long lashes. I really love the size of the bristle that lets you get your bottom lashes and at the roots of your lashes. I love that this mascara boosted the look of my natural lashes but did not make them look clumpy and overdramatic. The only thing I would say is that it is not completely smudge-proof. Mascara has always transferred to under my eyes... this mascara was no exception but the residue was minimal. Love this mascara for day-to-day wear! I have never used a mascara that held my curl so well and wasn't waterproof! This mascara gives amazing volume but you can choose how clumpy you want it and it looks the same at the end of the day as it did when you applied it. The only thing for me is that when I put it under my lower lashes it does leave a black line ne'er my eye but most mascaras do that because my bottom lashes are so long. I never thought I would think a mascara not in the drugstore was worth the price but this one definitely is my new favorite and I will repurchase. I tried the mascara in stores today and it was rly nice because I have short straight lashes tht would not hold a curl with any mascara tht I've tried so far but with this one it lengthened and held a curl so I bought the full size. When I got home I decided to open the mascara and try it on again but wen I opened the top the wand was literally shaped like the letter J i thought it was supposed to look like tht and decided to work with it. It worked but the wand seems like it's about to break. Love the packaging and formula itself but will b returning for a wand tht is straight and not a hook .

this is it - I finally found the perfect mascara for me!! I got this as a sample and am already planning on getting a full tube. I don't usually do heavy makeup, keep to a more natural look. this mascara is dark and glossy, and separates lashes well and gives a bit of a lift. The brush is great, and formula is amazing. I don't get any transfer throughout the day (12+ hour wear), and have even worked out with it on (Orangetheory) and get no crumbling, smudging, or anything. AND it comes off super easy. if I ever want a more dramatic look, I will combine with the lacome cils booster. I still get the staying power and lift, with extra volume.
