Review Summary

Ratings & Review is a product that enables Bazaarvoice client’s shoppers to submit reviews and clients to fetch those ratings and reviews of the product and display on their product display page. Review Summary is a feature that enables clients to fetch pre-calculated statistics for all of the reviews submitted for the product and helps shoppers to build confidence in the product and thereby help clients to increase the sell.

Steps to navigate the Reference environment

  1. Select any product category you want. For example, you can choose the skincare category.
  2. Click on any specific product you want to explore within the selected product category. This will take you to the product's page.
  3. Scroll down to the product page until you reach the "Rating & Reviews” section. Notice the AI-generated summary right at the top? This feature instantly digests all the individual reviews and provides a concise overview. It’s designed to help shoppers quickly understand the overall sentiment and key points, so they can make confident decisions without having to read every single entry.
