Ratings and Reviews Submission with Media

Ratings & Review is a product that enables Bazaarvoice client’s shoppers to submit reviews and clients to fetch those ratings and reviews of the product and display on their product display page. Review Summary is a feature that enables clients to fetch pre-calculated statistics for all of the reviews submitted for the product and helps shoppers to build confidence in the product and thereby help clients to increase the sell.

Steps to navigate the Reference environment

  1. Select any product category you want. For example, you can choose the skincare category.
  2. Click on any specific product you want to explore within the selected product category. This will take you to the product's page.
  3. Scroll down to the product page until you reach the "Rating & Reviews” section. Here, you'll find the average rating of the product, number of ratings and reviews the product has received, the rating summary i.e. a percentage segregation of how many 1/2/3/4/5 ratings received on the product, rating received on custom question configured by client which in above example is “Quality” and “Value” and last but not least reviewer info on badge i.e. verified/incentivized and reviewer nickname. By following these steps, you'll be able to get an insight on ratings and reviews and review summary.
